This simple aluminium based plastic chain conveyor system is easy to assemble and subsequently to change. Available with 5 different system chain widths of 35mm, 63mm, 83mm, 103mm and 150mm. Larger widths can be achieved for pallets based on using multiple lanes with a common drive. Sometimes known as plastic slat conveyor belt systems, these conveyors have become increasingly popular in recent years.

The FlexMove plastic slat conveyor belt system is designed to provide efficient and flexible conveyor solutions for a multitude of industries. This side-flexing plastic chain system employs a rugged plastic side flexing chain with steel link pins. This allows for horizontal turns curves, bends, loops, even handling vertical elevation changes within a single continuous run. With normal belt conveyors, it’s not possible to have a straight, then a bend, then another straight with one belt.

This means, if you’re lucky, you can transfer the product from the end of one belt to another and hopefully you will keep product orientation and not mark or damage it. Worst case you might need a belt conveyor bend. So that’s either 2 or 3 drives to do the job of one drive with Flexmove. So that’s less power consumption, less parts to go wrong, only one belt with FlexMove. Damage some of the conveyor slats? Just remove some pins and replace the damaged section in minutes, not the whole belt.
