Low Profile Belt Conveyors
Strength and versatility in a
low profile conveyor package
 For
small and large parts transfer up to 250kg. Our low
profile conveyors are made from aluminium profiles and are
versatile and to some, surprisingly tough. Not to us, we
know that aluminium profils in conveying offer more
flexibility to the user and more scope for future changes
in 
design and operation. The convention that steel is the only
material for conveyor frame construction has been sidelined in
recent  years.
With belt conveyor speeds up
to 43M/min as standard and well beyond in special
applications, quiet and precise timing belt drives
and different motor dirve versions available, our
low profile conveyors will handle  most industrial
applications.
The aluminium profile used in the construction
of these conveyors is normally 40mm or 50mm thick. Because the
profile is slotted, it's easy for add new components to your
conveyors with the use of low cost effective slot nuts and
other items from the Valuframe Aluminium
Profile System Standard conveyor belt widths range
from 40mm to 400mm. Standard conveyor belt lengths go up to
6,000mm. Special versions go beyond that.
Optional knife edge rollers are available for small parts
transfer. These rollers are in modules that can be added to the
conveyor with just a few screws. Modular conveyor
stands and siderails for product guidance are
engineered to fit witht the aluminium profile used.
Electronic extras such as sensors, stop-start controls,
variable speed drives and controls for indexing are
also available.
